Our mission is to provide an enjoyable stay for your pets. The dogs are able to sleep in comfort, loved and treated as an individual with special attention given to their needs, health and happiness.
The Owners
Wendy Urbach
Wendy spent the last 22 years passionately caring for canines. Her experience in working with canines and running a business are an asset. As co-owner, Wendy takes pride in learning the personalities and temperaments of each camper. By learning the likes and dislikes of her campers she is able to make them feel safe and comfortable. Establishing long-lasting relationships with her clients and their pets is crucial for her to create a happy, healthy, and positive experience.
Stacie DaBolt
Stacie brings over 20 years of experience which includes Director of Operations, Shelter and Field Operations Manager, Animal Cruelty Investigator and First Responder in disaster situations. Stacie has also participated and appeared in "Animal Cops Phoenix" on Animal Planet in 2008. She has passionately dedicated her career to advocating for homeless animals.

K-9 Camp is a top notch boarding facility that we have used exclusively for over seven years to board our standard poodle, Cody. Wendy’s experience and attention to detail is unrivaled in this valley. She knows the business and she knows the temperament and habits of each of her canine clients. Several years ago Cody got suddenly critically ill on Wendy’s watch. Without question her keen instincts and prompt response saved his life. Needless to say we leave Cody with “Aunt” Wendy with no concern, confident that he is in outstanding hands. Perhaps the most important testament to life at camp is the fact that Cody runs and hides when we pick him up….a small price to pay for complete peace of mind.

Her place is immaculate and beautiful, and provides everything. She truly treats each dog as though they are her very own. I never have a moment of worry when my dog is in Wendy's capable hands, and even receive reports on her fun times, including pictures! So reassuring.
